Electric Powered Vehicles
The recent volatility in oil prices combined with its uncertain future availability has been the major factor redefining the future of the automotive design landscape. One impact of this troubling trend is the accelerated development of Electric Vehicles (EV), which are fast becoming commercially viable. This single overwhelming factor has been the underpinning for the development of our new corporate initiative.
 Based on a Ford Mustang GT platform styled by famous designer Tom Tjaarda, HST is one of the first automotive companies in the world to market a production, 100% electric powered EV. HST unveiled its first EV at the International EV Show in Anaheim, CA in late 2007 to rave industry reviews.
Since then, HST has continued its development work as well as accelerating its assembly of these vehicle types.
